The premium cork insole used by Birkenstock is grown and hand peeled from cork oak trees and provides a lightweight, shock absorbent and extremely resilient insole to withstand long periods of use.

How to custom fit Birkenstock Sandals?

Birkenstock offer two footbed styles, a regular and a narrow fit. To fit your Birkenstock sandals, measure the length of your foot then view our Birkenstock sizing template info sheet below and print to accurately determine your required size. When fitting Birkenstock sandals it is suggested that there should be 5mm space between the footbed outer edge and your heel and toes. This will provide an optimal fit of your Birkenstock sandals.
