Do I need to be a SurfStitch customer to apply?

It certainly helps if you have experienced our customer service! We have employees from a variety of working backgrounds, but if you have specialist knowledge in the surf/action sports industry, or in e-commerce, that’s a bonus.

What happens after I submit my application?

You will get a call from us if we are interested in chatting to you about your application. Please be patient – good things take time! If you don’t hear from us within two weeks, you haven’t made the shortlist this time. Don’t give up hope – keep an eye on our careers page and feel free to apply for other roles that interest you.

What does the recruitment process involve?

Our recruitment process is a collaboration between the People & Culture team and the Hiring Manager (and in some cases, other members of the relevant team). The process is dependent on the type of role – it may involve a panel interview, a skills test or even a presentation. You will be kept informed throughout to give you the best chance of success.
