We're always looking for enthusiastic, motivated and talented individuals to join our team.
While many of our roles require specialist skills, attitude and potential are equally important in our recruitment decisions! Above all, we look for candidates who have proven themselves to be motivated, hard-working and adaptable. We get hundreds of job applications every week, so make sure you make yourself stand out, while also focusing on the requirements of the position you’re applying for.Do I need to be a SurfStitch customer to apply?
It certainly helps if you have experienced our customer service! We have employees from a variety of working backgrounds, but if you have specialist knowledge in the surf/action sports industry, or in e-commerce, that’s a bonus.
We have a limited number of internships available in areas such as Marketing, Design and Buying. The internship must be a compulsory part of your course, and we prefer interns who have a long-term desire to join our team! What happens after I submit my application?
You will get a call from us if we are interested in chatting to you about your application. Please be patient – good things take time! If you don’t hear from us within two weeks, you haven’t made the shortlist this time. Don’t give up hope – keep an eye on our careers page and feel free to apply for other roles that interest you. What does the recruitment process involve?
Our recruitment process is a collaboration between the People & Culture team and the Hiring Manager (and in some cases, other members of the relevant team). The process is dependent on the type of role – it may involve a panel interview, a skills test or even a presentation. You will be kept informed throughout to give you the best chance of success.
