

For DHL orders placed before 2:00pm AEST orders should be received within 1-3 business days.
DHL requires a signature on delivery, so if you will not be home during standard delivery hours (9am to 5pm) we recommend shipping to your work address. Please ensure you add the company or business name to your address to avoid any issues when shipping to a work address.
If you are not home to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card to arrange a more appropriate time for the delivery. In most cases the driver will attempt to deliver the parcel on 3 separate occasions, but if no delivery can be made after this time the order is normally returned. SurfStitch takes no responsibility for this process and any returned orders will incur a $9.99 service fee to be shipped again.
Some heavy/bulky items will be charged at a higher shipping rate. In most cases the prices quoted at checkout will be correct, but in some cases additional freight charges may be required. Our customer service team will contact you if this is the case and you must agree to these extra charges before the order can be shipped. Bulky/Heavy orders can sometimes take 1-2 days extra for delivery, so please factor this into any orders for large items.
SurfStitch.com reserves the right to change the shipping method of any order as required.
International mail is to be used for heavy or bulky orders that are unable to be shipped with our express option. These orders may be charged at a different rate. We will advise of any additional charges prior to shipping.
This shipping method is non-trackable and will be delivered through NZ Post. Delivery normally takes 2-7 business days.
Heavy or bulky items include: Travel Bags, Skateboards (completes), Surfboard Travel Covers and Bodyboards. Please note: We do not ship surfboards to New Zealand. (For further info please contact CustomerService@SurfStitch.com)
Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. SurfStitch do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
We recommend splitting large orders into 2 smaller orders to avoid being charged these import taxes.
All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and SurfStitch will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and SurfStitch will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.
