Australian Air Express (Express Courier) - Authority to Leave (No signature required)
Australian Air Express orders placed before 2:00pm AEST in Metro areas should be received between 1-3 business days. Rural areas should take no more than 5 business days.
Australian Air Express is a no signature required service. This means that the courier will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox. Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address, SurfStitch takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If this method is chosen and your parcel is lost, SurfStitch will happily replace the order pending an investigation with the courier company. Please contact our customer service department if your order has not has not been received within the recommended timeframe. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe to have a parcel left unattended, we recommend choosing eParcel (signature required).
Australian Air Express cannot be delivered to all addresses in Australia. In some cases your order will be on-forwarded to a local agent for delivery, or your order will be shipped with eParcel.
Australian Air Express is not valid for extra heavy orders (over 5kg) and in these cases your order will be shipped via eParcel. This includes Large Surfboard Racks, Multi Surfboard Travel Covers, Bodyboards, Surfboards and Softboards. For further info, please contact CustomerService@SurfStitch.com
SurfStitch.com reserves the right to change the shipping method of an order if these guidelines are not met. We will send you a tracking number for the new carrier in this case.
Australia Post eParcel (signature required)
eParcel orders placed before 2:00pm AEST will be received within 1-5 business days. This service can take longer to some rural areas. If you are not present to accept your delivery, a card will be left to advise where your parcel can be collected. This information can also be viewed by clicking the track your order link in your shipping confirmation email. For any questions on delivery times, please contact CustomerService@SurfStitch.com
Some eParcel orders are subject to weight & volume. These items may be charged at a different rate. We will advise of these changes prior to shipping.

Shipping Special Instructions Courier
The special instructions box on the delivery page of the checkout is used for any instructions to help the driver make delivery of your order (e.g. “Last house at end of driveway”, “Office hours 9-5”). Drivers are unable to grant specific requests such as “Deliver between 1-2pm” or “Leave parcel in garden shed”. SurfStitch cannot be held responsible if your instructions are not followed, nor can we complete any promo code requests entered in this field.
