Toll Priority
Toll Priority orders placed before 1:30pm AEST in Metro areas will be received between 1-3 business days. Rural areas should take no more than 5 business days.
Toll Priority is not valid for PO Box addresses. For PO Box addresses you must choose the eParcel option which is not an express service. If an express service is required, please amend your shipping address to a residential or business address.
Toll Priority is a no signature required service. This means that the courier driver will leave your order at the front door or letterbox, depending on size of satchel. If this method is chosen & your parcel is lost or stolen, SurfStitch.com cannot be held accountable for the order as you have chosen to not sign for the delivery. If you are not able to be present to accept your order, eParcel will be the better option.

Australia Post eParcel
Required for PO Box and Northern Territory Addresses
eParcel orders placed before 1:30pm AEST will be received within 1-5 business days. This service can be longer in certain rural areas.
eParcel is the only service available for the Northern Territory, PO Box, APO Box and AFPO Box addresses.
If you are purchasing a heavy or bulky item, eParcel is the best service to choose.
Some eParcel orders are subject to weight & volume. These items may be charged at a different rate. We will advise of these changes prior to shipping.
Overnight Express Delivery

Toll Overnight orders placed before 1:30pm AEST in Metro areas will be received the next business day. Rural areas should take no more than 2 business days.
