Express Shipping (no signature required)

Orders placed before 2:00pm AEST in Metro areas should be received between 1-3 business days. Rural areas should take no more than 5 business days.

Express Shipping is a a no signature required service. This means that the courier will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox. Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address, SurfStitch takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If this method is chosen and your parcel is lost in transit, SurfStitch will happily replace the order pending an investigation with the courier company. Please contact our customer service department if your order has not has not been received within the recommended timeframe. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe to have a parcel left unattended, we recommend choosing Regular Shipping (signature required).


Express Shipping is not valid for bulky and heavy orders (over 5kg) and in these cases your order will be shipped via Regular Shipping. This includes some Travel Bags, Large Surfboard Racks, Large Surfboard Travel Covers, Bodyboards, Surfboards and Softboards. For further info, please contact CustomerService@SurfStitch.com


We will do everything possible to ship your order through your selected shipping method, but certain factors such as order size, weight and shipping address may require us to ship via another method. SurfStitch reserves the right to change you’re your shipping method in these cases and will provide tracking details for the new carrier once shipped.

 

 

 

Regular Shipping (signature required)

Regular Shipping orders placed before 2:00pm AEST should be received within 1-5 business days. This service can take longer to some rural areas. If you are not present to accept your delivery, a card will be left to advise where your parcel can be collected. All orders are subject to weight and volume restrictions. Some bulky orders may be charged a higher shipping rate and cannot be shipped express. For further details on pricing and times for these services, please view the details below.

 

 

 

Bulky Shipping (signature required)

Some items and orders will have a higher shipping fee that will be charged at the checkout. This includes some Travel Bags, Surfboard Racks, Surfboard Covers, Skateboards, Bodyboards, Surfboards and Softboards. Shipping fees are charged based on the size and weight of the order under the scale below. Standard surfboards and bikes - $49.99 anywhere in Australia

Shipping Special Instructions Courier

The special instructions box on the delivery page of the checkout is used for any instructions to help the driver make delivery of your order (e.g. "Last house at end of driveway", "Office hours 9-5"). Drivers are unable to grant specific requests such as "Deliver between 1-2pm" or "Leave parcel in garden shed". SurfStitch cannot be held responsible if your instructions are not followed, nor can we complete any promo code requests entered in this field.
