Shipping Policy
Free Shipping on all orders over $9.99 within Australia (excludes some heavy items)
Free Shipping on all orders over $200 to New Zealand (excludes some heavy items)
SurfStitch.com utilises Toll Priority services for the majority of its deliveries. Toll priority is a completely trackable and secure service. For all orders received before 1pm AEDST, delivery to Metropolitan Australia occurs the following business day, whilst delivery to regional and rural locations should be no longer than 2 working days. If your order is being sent with Australia Post, please allow a few extra days for delivery to some regions.
SurfStitch.com also now ships to destinations outside Australia using UPS & International Couriers.
**Please note: IF YOU HAVE CHOSEN THE TOLL PROIRITY OPTION [no signature] Please ensure the shipping address is where you are going to be present to accept the delivery as this is a courier service. If you will not be home or at your place of work, eParcel from Australia Post will be the better option.
**Please note: Overnight Express is not valid for any PO Box addresses. For PO Box addresses you must choose the eParcel option which is not an Express service.
If an Express service is required, please amend your shipping address to a residential or business address.

International Customs Charges
*Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. SurfStitch do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be , as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
*All charges are to paid by the customer on delivery of order.

If you are not at the address provided, the parcel will be left for you by Toll Priority. If this method is chosen & your parcel is lost or stolen, SurfStitch.com cannot be held accountable for the order as you have chosen to not sign for delivery of your order. If you not going to be home at the time of delivery – please choose the eParcel option from Australia Post, as they will not leave without confirmation & signature.

Pre Orders
You will not be charged for a pre-order item until the day the item is shipped.

Please be aware that any multiple item order containing a preorder item will not be shipped until the preorder item is ready for despatch.
Gift Wrapping
Please note, Gift wrapping is not available on large, bulky items. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact customer service.
Returns Policy
Ordering is Easy and Risk Free!
SurfStitch.com is committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to SurfStitch.com within the time frame listed below in the condition that you received it and we will free ship your exchange request or issue you a full refund.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT REFUND PROMOTIONAL OR SALE ITEMS
Exchanges (full price items) – 3 months from date of purchase
Refunds (full price items) – 1 month from date of purchase
Exchanges (sale items) – 1 month from date of purchase

Australian Returns
If for any reason you would like to return product to us please follow the simple instructions below:
1. Complete the Exchanges & Returns section on the lower section of your invoice and enclose with your return merchandise. Be sure to complete all fields to ensure prompt turn around.
2. Pack all items with your invoice in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging.
3. Affix the pre-addressed label to your package, making sure you cover or remove original shipping label.
4. Attend an Australia Post Office and send to the labeled address. For security and peace of mind we strongly suggest insured registered post as SurfStitch.com is not liable for lost return parcels.
5. SurfStitch.com will then gladly cover the cost of shipping your new product via eParcel.
International Returns
If for any reason you would like to return product to us please follow the simple instructions below.
1. Complete the Exchanges & Returns section on the lower section of your invoice and enclose with your return merchandise. Be sure to complete all fields to ensure prompt turn around.
2. Pack all items with your invoice in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging.

4. Attend a Post Office in your home country and send to the labeled address. For security and peace of mind we strongly suggest insured registered post as SurfStitch.com is not liable for lost returned parcels
SurfStitch.com cannot accept COD deliveries.
Please allow approximately one week for the processing of your return once received. Your issuing bank may take an additional billing cycle to apply the credit to your card.
For previously purchased items that are now on sale, we will gladly extend a price adjustment to you if the original purchase was within 5 days of the sale offering.
Return of boxed or packaged goods
If you are wanting to exchange or return boxed or packaged goods, they must be returned to SurfStitch.com in the original unmarked packaging & in good condition. If the items are being posted back, please ensure you pack them inside a satchel & do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. Should the packageing be marked or in unsatisfactory condition there may be a chance that we will not exchange or refund the goods.
Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons, SurfStitch.com are not able to do any exchanges or refunds on any underwear or ear rings.
